Thomaston Savings Bank proudly announces the graduation of two employees from the Connecticut School of Finance and Management (CSFM). Krissy Tait, Officer, Corporate Secretary, and Joshua Marseglia, Loan Operations Supervisor, have successfully completed the extensive two-year program, developing a broader perspective of the banking industry, and a greater awareness of their individual capacities.

CSFM, sponsored by the Connecticut Bankers Association, offers intensive bank management training designed to deepen participants’ understanding of banking theories, practices, capital markets, and management functions. This comprehensive curriculum equips graduates with the knowledge and skills necessary to excel in new responsibilities and management roles within the banking sector.
Since its establishment in 1962, CSFM has graduated over 2,900 banking professionals, contributing significantly to the industry’s talent pool, and fostering continuous growth and excellence.
