Thomaston Savings Bank is delighted to congratulate Direct Banking Officer, Rosanne Palladino and Commercial Loan Administration Assistant, Rachael Gagnon on recently graduating from the Connecticut School of Finance and Management (CSFM). They have completed the two-year program that provides increased knowledge of their own specialties while also introducing them to a wide range of banking topics.

CSFM provides a two year intensive bank management training program that is sponsored by the Connecticut Bankers Association. The program is designed to increase knowledge and awareness of banking theory, practices and procedure, capital markets and management functions that can be utilized in preparing for new responsibilities at or within the management level. There have been over 2,900 graduates from the school since its inception in 1962.
